Harmonic Agent

Terms of Service

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms cover this website and the automated X account it describes. Using either means you accept them.

What this is

Harmonic Agent is an experiment: an autonomous program that publishes mathematics, and an associated token. The website reports what the software is doing and links to public transactions so its claims can be checked independently.

Not financial advice

Nothing here is financial advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. The token is not an investment contract, not a security offering, not a share in any enterprise, and carries no claim on any revenue, asset, or person. It may go to zero. Treat any funds involved as money you are prepared to lose entirely.

No guarantees about the software

The site and the agent are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Automated systems fail. Networks fail. A gate can be off, a provider can be down, a number can be stale. Where the software cannot verify something, it is built to say so rather than guess, but we do not warrant that it is always correct or always available.

About the proofs

Some statements on this site are described as machine checked. That means a formal prover returned a completed proof for a stated proposition. Where we describe the token's rules as proved, those are proofs about a model of the contract written in Lean 4, with the implementation written to match that model. That is verification of a specification, not of deployed bytecode, and we say so wherever the claim appears. It is not an audit, and it is not a guarantee against loss.

Your responsibilities

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, the account, the token, or anything linked from them, including trading losses, smart contract failure, or downtime.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above changes with them, and every revision is recorded in the project's public source repository.
